Who can access MM Workplace?
The MM Workplace platform is designed for all employees and their extended family members. The employee portal, featuring expert webinars, is accessible 24/7. Administrative support is available during standard office hours.
The sign-up process is simple. We grant your chosen administrator access to the MM Workplace portal, which they can share with your employees. We also offer resources to help raise awareness of this new service within your organisation. Additionally, access to the MM Managers Hub will be provided for relevant team members.
How long does it take to set up access?
Our onboarding process is fast and seamless. We collaborate with your administrator to ensure set-up is completed in under a day. Access is user-friendly and requires minimal training. Our support team is available by phone and email to answer any questions, and we can connect you with other clients for best-practice insights.
What kind of health professionals are your experts?
MM Workplace is unique — we do not provide our own advice. Instead, we connect users with the right experts for their specific needs. We collaborate with over 100 highly trained and qualified menopause and mental health specialists, delivering trusted guidance on a wide range of topics. From understanding “burning mouth syndrome” to more common symptoms, employees get tailored, reliable answers from the best menopause professionals in the UK.
How is the pricing structured?
MM Workplace offers an affordable solution for companies of all sizes with a straightforward annual, per-company fee. Our pricing equates to just £1 per employee per year for a company with 250 employees. We also provide discounts for larger organisations.
Contracts are for a minimum of 12 months, automatically renewing on the service’s anniversary unless we receive notice at least 10 days before renewal. There are no exit fees if you choose not to renew.
Does MM Workplace integrate with existing HR platforms or wellness programs?
MM Workplace operates as a stand-alone service, but we are happy to discuss custom integration options based on your requirements.
Are there reports or analytics for HR teams regarding usage?
Once a year or upon request, we can share a usage summary with your administrator.
What technical support is available?
Users can report issues or provide feedback directly, and we support your administrator with any queries.
How is data privacy ensured?
Our platform complies fully with GDPR and all other relevant data privacy regulations.
